Almost all of Radahn's moves can hit you in one hit - no problem, no chance of healing. The ones you survived are usually followed by another attack, sending you back to the starting point. This means that despite the relatively passive combat, you'll need to stay focused throughout the boss fight.
Defeating Radahn is especially difficult for melee characters, since in some approaches you have to leave almost all the tactics you've built up through the Elden Ring so far at the door.
But in the Elden Ring, you can easily defeat Radahn by doing everything possible.
When will I be able to fight General Radahn in the Elden Ring?

After defeating Royal Knight Loretta at the top, you can reach Lanny's Heights and startwith her new quest line.
She will lead you and your old friend Welsh wolf Brad to the hidden city of Norkren.
To meet him, take the elevator to the east of Mistwood Ruins, east of Lingrave.
Go down and forward through the area, and eventually you'll see a stone structure on the right. Brad will be on a cliff, with nearby views visible on the map screen above.

Talk to him, then take the item he gave you to the wizard at the Waypoint Ruins in Limgrave.

Talk to the Weeper on the wall in front of you, watch the cutscene, then take the elevator out behind him behind the building. There's a final teleporter here that takes you to the boss fight.

Given his deadly moves, I wouldn't recommend trying brute force for any part of this fight, not even the final blow.

If you're trying to bang your head against your boss's wall so many times, it feels wrong, but trust me,Defensive methods are safer.
